Alycia loves her some furniture.
Gypsy Maren
I met Maren in 2013 and since then she has been one of my favorites to work with. Her persona has such a beautiful flow to it and she has a warm soul to match.

A morning with Sarah
I don't use my Yashica as much as I should so I showed it some love on this gorgeous day with Sarah.
Christy
She had some great lines. I hope to work with her again.

Crystal
I can be sassy and classy...
...but still show off my ass, see?!

Getting caught in the rain shortly after this felt refreshing.

Fill The Frame
Something you may hear from some when it comes to composition is Fill The Frame. Get close. I have no problem with that. One whose work I admire, Ralph Gibson, does that with his nude subjects. I reference his book. Nude, for ideas. But, I've been lucky enough to shoot in some spots where filling the frame meant environment first then my subject. Most of the time the environment ended up being the main subject while the woman just added to it.

Scale. There is beauty in it. Many do it. Some don't do it enough. (just my opinion) When you get to use a big space take advantage of it.
Erin, Topsail Beach
Most of the time I visualize things as large prints that I would want to see hung up. You get a large landscape image with a beautiful woman in it all in one.

J and J, The Marsh Road
It comes down to preference. Everyone has their own style and I can respect that. I'm just making an observation. If you're lucky enough, though, to get a nude subject someplace out in the open try to create something that would make for a good story later.
