Every once in awhile I'll go out and just make some random images with no one in them. I know I know...hell hasn't frozen over.

This was one of my first times shooting with Ilford Pan F 50 and to date this is one of my favorite images produced on the film. The contrast is just so damn sexy.

From a day both of us refer to whenever life is being a bitch. From shooting in the rain to having a corner of the beach to ourselves at sunset. No AK's were needed this day.
The above image I submitted to Stolen Publications out of Australia and it was used for the cover of their first issue.
It's been awhile since I've played with Ilford Delta 3200 film. I almost forgot how sexy it can be. Having Jen as a subject doesn't hurt either ;-)
It's pretty cool when you collaborate with someone for awhile you start to anticipate what the other is thinking or wants.
J and I were scouting around this park looking for spots to play at when we came across this tree. Before I could say anything she's already running for the tree peeling her clothes off. A quick check for creepy crawly things and she already knew the pose she wanted. Funny thing is that if she hadn't have done it I would have told her to.
On a stop in Dayton last year I had the pleasure of working with Pepper. One of the highlights of my trip. Just a naturally beautiful woman.

It's good to take time to spend with friends even if it's over a cup of coffee. There was bacon as well...and waffles. Hash browns too. You get the point. In a time where most contact with other humans is from behind a screen remember to get serious face time as well. You get a better gauge of feelings and temperament. Seeing a friend in person and telling them how you feel about them holds more weight.

My studio of choice is Mother Earth. When given a choice I'd rather shoot outdoors.

My motivation for this is that I want to create images I'd want to hang on my wall.

Watching the women I photograph interact with nature is a treat as well. For some it was their first time being nude outdoors. Many have expressed a feeling of freedom they've never felt before and crave to experience it more.

Sometimes you have to toe the line just for the hell of it.
Sometimes it's just wanting to experience this feeling. No one around to judge you, breeze blowing waves crashing. Outside of your mind and open to the universe.
